A consultation at Legacy is unhurried physician time — not a slot on a conveyor belt. The same doctor reads your history before you arrive, asks what changed, and stays with the conversation until your questions are answered.
Dermatology consultations are with Dr. Rakshitha Jayaprakash, MD — in person at our Indiranagar clinic or online. Longevity and integrative consultations may be with Dr. Rakshitha or Dr. Ramesh Kumar, MD, depending on what you need; extended longevity reviews can include both physicians when appropriate.
You leave with clarity: what we think is happening, what we recommend next, and what we will monitor over time. Investigations, treatment protocols, and in-clinic procedures are discussed separately — only after this foundation is in place.
These are fees for unhurried physician time. Every consultation runs to its natural end rather than to a clock, and your history is read in full before anything is recommended.

Top-up rule
If you consult online and then visit us in person within seven days of that appointment, we charge only the difference between what you have already paid and the fee for whatever you book in person. Example: Rs 500 online dermatology consultation followed by an in-person dermatology visit within the week is a Rs 300 top-up.
What is not included
Investigations, protocols, and treatments are quoted separately at the clinic and are not part of the consultation fee.
