Skin checks and mole evaluation
A mole that has changed shape, colour or size, or that itches, bleeds or refuses to heal, deserves a proper examination — with dermoscopy, which shows what the naked eye cannot.
The reassurance is worth the visit on its own. And in the small number of cases where something is genuinely wrong, finding it early changes everything about what happens next.
Diagnosis when nothing else has worked
Some rashes resist every diagnosis until someone takes a small sample and looks at it under a microscope. A skin biopsy is a quick, straightforward procedure done under local anaesthetic, and it frequently ends years of guesswork in a single afternoon.
If you have been treated repeatedly for something no one has confidently named, this is often the step that was missing.

Skin tags on the neck and underarms. DPNs — the small dark growths that run across the cheeks and temples, common in our skin and very often inherited. Warts, moles, cysts, corns, calluses, and milia around the eyes.
