Pigmentation & Vitiligo Treatment in Bengaluru
Patches that darkened and never faded. A tone that looks uneven no matter what you use. Marks left behind long after whatever caused them healed.
You have tried creams. Some worked for a while. Then it came back, sometimes worse.
Pigment is stubborn for a reason
Melanin is not a flaw in your skin. It is your skin protecting itself — from sun, from heat, from inflammation, from hormones.
Which means pigmentation does not respond to force. Treatment that is too aggressive, or bought without guidance, very often deepens exactly what it was meant to lift. Most of the difficult cases we see began as an attempt to fix something quickly.
Ours is skin that pigments easily. It deserves to be treated by someone who plans for that from the first day.
It is not only the face
Pigmentation rarely stays where you first noticed it, and the parts people are most self-conscious about are the ones least often examined properly.
Around the eyes. Dark circles are not one condition. Sometimes the pigment is genuinely in the skin. Sometimes it is shadow from volume loss, or vessels showing through skin that is simply thin. Sometimes it is allergy, rubbing, thyroid or anaemia. Each of these needs something completely different, which is why the same eye cream works beautifully for one person and does nothing for the next.
Around the mouth and the chin. Darkening here is common and rarely just pigment. Hormones, friction, saliva, hair removal, and creams that irritated more than they helped all leave their mark in this area.
The neck, underarms and body folds. Velvety darkening in these places sometimes points to insulin resistance rather than to anything on the surface — a signal worth taking seriously, and one that will not lift with a cream.
Arms, legs and the back. Is it tanning, or is it something more? Long-standing darkness on the arms is often not sun at all, but friction, an old inflammation, a lingering fungal or eczematous process, or medication. The distinction matters, because tanning fades and the others do not.
Intimate and private areas. Discussed here without discomfort, treated with the same care as anywhere else, and with complete discretion.

How we treat it
The right treatment depends on how deep the pigment sits and what is driving it — and no one can tell that by looking from across a room.
For many people, a well-chosen topical regimen and genuine sun protection do most of the work. Some need medical-grade peels or in-clinic treatments to lift what topicals cannot reach. Where hormones, thyroid, insulin or an underlying deficiency are involved, testing explains what has been quietly feeding the problem.
Vitiligo is treated differently again, and it is treated seriously here — with medical therapy, and with attention to the thyroid and autoimmune conditions that so often travel with it.
Alongside everything else, the unglamorous foundation: daily sun protection, heat, and the habits that decide whether your results hold.
Where you fall on that scale is something we work out together at your first visit.
One thing worth knowing
Pigmentation is manageable, not curable in a single sitting — and anyone promising otherwise is selling you the rebound.
What it does respond to is the right diagnosis, patience, and protection. Treated properly, it stays quiet for years.
